Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, items ordered from InnisGael may be returned provided the customer adheres to the following procedure.

All merchandise, except chanters, printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs and eBay, Paypal fees) if the customer emails/calls for Return Authorization within thirty (30) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time, otherwise, a restock fee of 20% would apply.

All claims for damage or defects must be made within two (2) business days of receipt by email.

Additional terms:

• Customer must have prior authorization from InnisGael before returning any item. Returns without a proper authorization number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
• Return items must be in new and resalable condition.
• For sanitary reasons, Practice Chanters are not returnable.
• Return items must be sent in the original packaging or carton, and must include original receipt of purchase.
• Scottish bagpipes ordered for customers are not returnable.
• Customer must provide adequate insurance on return items.
• Shipping, and Paypal Fees will be deducted from your purchase price to arrive at your refund amount.
